[Wuppertal]Leaseweb Germany network issue [Update]

Time: February 20th 2013 15:48:00 (CET)
Dear Sir/Madam,

We are having issues with one of our routers in Wuppertal.
We have lost connectivity to the device. We are investigating and updates will follow.

Update 16:15
Both of the links towards the router are down and we suspect a fiber break.
We are trying to reroute and restore connectivity via the remaining active router.

Update 16:50
Reroute was performed and traffic was restored.
Should you see any issues, please let us know.

Update 18:00
We are detecting packet loss towards Wuppertal customers. We are suspecting limited available capacity in the remaining functional circuits in the region as initial outage is related to a fiber cut. We are working with our provider on fixing this issue.

Update 02:28
The fiber cut was resolved at 00:53. The situation is stable since then.
