Leaseweb NL – High volume router maintenance

Dear Customer,

As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service you receive from LeaseWeb we are undertaking the following maintenance.

The reason for this maintenance is because of issues we encountered on this mornings maintenance, we concluded that the issues was not related to a defected blade but the router chassis itself, this mornings maintenance ref.: * EMERGENCY* EvoSwitch high volume router maintenance".

During this maintenance we will change the complete chassis on one of our high volume routers in EvoSwitch.
We have planned a maintenance window of 2 hours.

* 95.211.94.0/23
* 95.211.184.0/21
* 95.211.192.0/21

* 2001:1AF8:4070::/44

Maintenance Webhosting platform

Startdate: October 15th 2012 12:00:00 (CEST)
Enddate: October 15th 2012 12:05:00 (CEST)

To deliver the new webhosting cluster, we will need to move the IP addresses to the new load balancers.
This will result in a downtime of approximately 5 minutes for the websites on one of the following IP addresses:
95.211.13.67
95.211.13.68
95.211.13.69
95.211.13.70
This will be done on the 15th of October, at 12:00 PM CET.

We will also replace a suspected linecard as advised by our vendor.
We have planned a maintenance window of 2 hours.

CLOUD platform maintenance [Update]

Dear customer,

On Wednesday the 3rd of October at 18.00 hours CET we are going to perform maintenance on our Cloud platform.
This migration will ensure more flexibility when optimizing performance and adding storage capacity.

We expect the maintenance to take up to 2 hours.

During this time certain instances will be paused. We have notified the owners of these instances separately. If you have not received a notification, the following actions will be unavailable during maintenance:
• Retrieving the status of your instance(s);
• Starting, stopping and rebooting your instance(s) via the Self Service Center.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

LeaseWeb Germany legacy customer portal emergency maintenance [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

The LeaseWeb Germany legacy customer portal (kunden.netdirekt.de) is currently down for emergency maintenance. We expect the maintenance to last up to 24 hours.

Resetting and booting into rescue mode on legacy servers via kunden.netdirekt.de is currently not possible. This only affects customers who use the old legacy platform. Please request a manual reset or boot into rescue mode by sending a support ticket to our German technical support via email: [email protected].

Customers who use secure.leaseweb.com as their customer portal are not affected.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
