Router was reloaded, the broadcast traffic has been reduced, We still need to get high cpu load down due to the ongoing arp floods.

As we are experiencing some issues with one of the core routers for the German Legacy network (Netdirekt) we have planned an emergency reload.

During this maintenance there is no expected downtime, however customers might experience higher latency and short periods of packet loss when routes are being relearned.

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused, and do our best to reduce the impact.
