[NL, AMS-12] Connectivity issues in part of our network

You might have experienced high latency and packet loss due to a DDoS attack in our network at AMS-012. We managed to filter the attack and currently connectivity has been restored.

[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues [Update]

Between 22:05 and 22:15 we experienced connectivity issues towards a part of our network. This could have resulted in packet-loss and/or higher latency. The reason for this is still under investigation. Affected prefixes:

We will post an update(s) when we have more information available.

Update: The cause have been found and is resolved by applying a filter on the affected router, to prevent this in the future.

[NL, AMS-01] LeaseWeb Cloud Storage maintenance on AMS01

We would like to inform you about a scheduled maintenance on a part of our LeaseWeb Cloud platform in the Netherlands at Tuesday January 30th 2014, starting at 11.30AM CET.
All affected LeaseWeb Cloud customers will be informed separately by e-mail about the maintenance. If you did not receive an e-mail, your Cloud instance(s) are not affected.

LeaseWeb has to upgrade and expand the storage system which is used by your hosted platform at LeaseWeb. Please read below mentioned carefully to avoid any kind of miscommunication, data loss and/or data corruption. The maintenance is to assure the continuity of our services to you with an up-to-date platform in prevention of possible disruptions. This maintenance will not require activities of the customer and should not impact availability of the platform.

We do not expect any downtime unless an unforeseen event occurs.

Customer activities:
– Ensure all backup jobs are finished before the announced date and time
– Subscribe and/or check our NOC page for available progress updates

LeaseWeb activities:
– Start with the maintenance at 11.30AM CET | January 30th 2014.
– Expected duration is 4 hours
– An hourly update will be provided via our NOC page.

Maintenance shared hosting systems

Leaseweb will perform maintenance on our shared hosting platforms to update the Linux systems to the latest patch-levels.

This maintenance will impact the Self Cervice Center, Webhosting backend and SQL, Mailhosting, including bSMTP and webmail, and DNS hosting. These services may be interrupted for short periods of time as reboots are necessary.

This maintenance affects all entities of LeaseWeb. We will monitor our platform to ensure that everything is running properly after the maintenance.

[NL, AMS-01] Reachability problems on the Premium Network due to dDoS attack

[NL, AMS-01] Premium Network connectivity issues

The issue was caused by a very large dDoS attacks that resulted in congestion on the uplinks and caused the routing protocol to flap.
The issue has been mitigated and connectivity has been restored.

[NL, AMS-01] High volume connectivity issues
