[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

We experienced a brief network outage in part of our network in AMS-01 between 07:58 and 08:10 CEST.

The root cause of the issue was traced to a router crash. All modules on the respective router have recovered and we are carefully monitoring connectivity. If you are experiencing any issues at this time, please contact our Support Department.

[NL, DE, AMS-01, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Earlier today, between 00:21 and 00:25 UTC, you might have observed connectivity issues to your services for a brief period.

This was due to an outage that one of our service providers experienced, which affected part of our backbone capacity between NL and DE. Traffic transiting the link was impacted.

[NL, US] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

[UPDATE 01:15 UTC]

Traffic has been re-routed to accommodate the topology change caused by the aforementioned maintenance. No connectivity issues are present at this time but you might experience higher latency as a result of the less optimal path.

Once the faulty links are operational, we will restore traffic over the best available path. Further updates will be provided via this NOC post.

[UPDATE 01:00 UTC]

The issue is caused by a major emergency maintenance performed on under sea cables by multiple carriers. Effective capacity between US and EU is drastically reduced at this time. We are working on re-routing traffic to mitigate the impact.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues between US and Europe. You may experience high latency or packet loss between hosts on the two continents.

Our engineers are working on this issue with the highest priority.

[NL, AMS-01, CDN] Connectivity loss in LeaseWeb Object Storage platform

On 20/6/2018, between 15:57 and 18:18 UTC, the object storage platform lost connectivity to the Internet, due to a network configuration error on the platform's edge servers. Unfortunately, access to the platform was unavailable for the duration of the incident.
