We received some reports about unreachable IP’s after the core router maintenance we did this morning. Currently we are still investigating.



If you experience connectivity troubles, could you please send us bi-directional traceroute results so we can investigate further? Bi-directional means from the external location to the LeaseWeb IP, and from the LeaseWeb IP back to the external location.

Currently the main provider in Turkey; TurkTelekom is suffering from a fibercut between Frankfurt and Istanbul.



TurkTelekom’s carriers are showing bad connectivity because of alternative paths into their network which are congested.



Please mind that this issue is in the TurkTelekom network and TurkTelekom is responsible to find a solution.

wir werden am 19. September 2011 zwischen 07:45Uhr und 08:45Uhr veränderungen an den redundanz Konfigurationen beider Router (primary/Secondary) vornehmen. Während dieser kann kann es zu minimalen Packetverlusten f??r eine zeit von ca. 30sec. kommen während die redundanten Pfade neu errechnet werden
