[UPDATE 15:00] One of our core routers in Frankfurt is giving issues, currently we have rerouted all traffic to the redundant core router and traffic is restoring again.



[UPDATE 16:45] Everything has been stable for last one and half hours. One of our router crashed because of high temperature which was caused by a broken fan. We have provided additional cooling for the router.

[UPDATE 14:50] One of our core routers in Frankfurt was having issues, currently the issue has been stabilized. We are still investigating the root cause.

We will perform the maintenance on the core router at Evoswitch.



Due to redundant routing processors there should only be very short interruptions while alternate routing paths are chosen.



Our second core router at Telecity 2 will be fully operational during the maintenance and will be able to take over the traffic if needed.



The maintenance will take place between 5:30 and 6:30 CEST (UTC+2) on the 15th of September 2011.

Four of our circuits to DE-CIX (German Internet Exchange) will be maintained for 15 minutes within given timeframe.



No impact is expected as we will reroute our traffic to other links. During traffic switching and tuning there may be small temporary packet loss or latency increase.
