[US] Shared Webhosting outage [Update]

We are currently experiencing a failure on our Linux Shared Webhosting platform in the US. Our engineers are investigating the cause of this issue.

As result of this failure, all the websites on this platform are offline. Please be assured that we will do our utmost to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

[Global] Latency and packet loss EU – US

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

You might have experienced high latency and packet loss to some destinations for transatlantic traffic due to issues inside the network of one of our providers. Only traffic passing via the transatlantic links of the affected provider was impacted. Issue was experienced between 14:15 and 15:00.

We are currently investigating with our provider the cause of this issue. We will update you once we have more information.

[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our Network

Today, between 16:00 -16:30 CET, you might have experienced packet loss or/and higher latency due to a DDoS attack in part of our network in AMS-01. The DDoS attack has been mitigated and connectivity is stable the last few minutes. We are still monitoring our network to ensure that there won't be any disruptions.

The following network prefixes might have been affected:

[Global] Performance degradation

At this moment we are seeing small amounts of packet loss through almost all of our Tier-1 carriers, especially between Europe and Asia Pacific.

Since the nature of this incident we have escalated this with our carriers.

[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our Network [Update]

[UPDATE 12:00]
Issue caused by a linecard error. Due to the impact, we have decided to replace the card. Our engineers are currently preparing a replacement card and will proceed with the replacement as soon as possible.

[UPDATE 11:50]
We experienced the same hardware problem again. Our engineers are investigating the error further.

Today between 10:55 and 11:10 we experienced connectivity issues in part of our network due to a hardware issue. Connectivity has now been fully restored but we are still investigating the root cause of the issue.
