[NL] Shared Windows Webhosting outage

[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network

We experienced connectivity issues in part of our network in AMS-01 between 18:35 and 18:45 CEST and between 21:40 and 21:50 CEST due to large DDoS attacks. The attacks were mitigated and traffic levels returned to normal.

The failure on the database level of our shared webhosting platform in the Netherlands is fixed. All websites on this platform are online and available again.

We are currently experiencing a failure on the database level of our shared webhosting platform in the Netherlands. Our engineers are investigating the cause of this issue.

[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network

We have experienced connectivity issues in part of our network in AMS-01 between 13:55 and 14:05 CEST. The issues were caused by one of our routers that rebooted. This was the secondary router in a redundant setup, so customers with both uplinks connected shouldn't have noticed the interruption.

[NL, AMS-11] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

[UPDATE 15:20]
Connectivity has now been restored and traffic is back to normal levels. The issue was caused due to an unexpected CPU increase in the secondary router in our redudant setup. Customers that did not have their primary uplink connected and have access only via their secondary uplink had their services unavailable, while incoming traffic was impacted for all customers. We are currently monitoring the situation and investigating the root cause of the issue. If you still encounter problems, please send an e-mail to [email protected]

At the moment we are experiencing network issues in part of our network in AMS-11. Our engineers are currently working in order to isolate and fix the problem. Updates will follow through this NOC posting.
