[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Dear Leaseweb Customer,

Today between 17:05 -17:15 CET you might have experienced packet loss or/and higher latency due to a DDoS attack in part of our network in AMS-01. The DDoS attack has now been mitigated and connectivity is stable the last 10 minutes. We are still monitoring our network to ensure that there won't be any disruptions.

[NL] Outage Virtual and Cloud services in the Netherlands [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

[UPDATE 10:45 CET] The root cause has been identified and a solution was implemented at 10:15 CET. Our engineers are now performing proactive checks to ensure the availability of your instance.

Although the services are back online, we started an internal investigation to get to the root cause of this incident. All impacted customers will be informed accordingly about the results of this investigation and the measures we will take, to prevent this outage from happening again.

[UPDATE 9:40 CET] We identified the root cause of this outage and our engineers are onsite to implement a solution as soon as possible. An estimation when the issue will be solved can not be provided in this stage, but this NOC message will be updated as soon we know more.

Due to an unexpected event, you might experience an outage and/or interruptions of your Virtual or Cloud service. Our engineers are investigating the cause of the issue with the highest priority.

Please be assured that we will do our utmost to keep the downtime as short as possible.

We will update you again once we have more information. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We have experienced an unexpected reload of a line card in our high volume network in AMS-01.
Most of the traffic has taken alternative paths during the outage. The line card is now back online and we are investigating the cause of the reload. The following rages might have been affected:
