[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issue in part of our network

Some customers might have experienced short connectivity interruptions in part of our network for up to 10 minutes, which started February 20th 2015 at 11:29. The issues were caused by a flapping BGP session.

[NL, AMS-11] Connectivity issues in part of our network

We have experienced an unexpected reload of a router in our network in AMS-11. Most of the traffic has taken alternative paths during the outage. The router is now back online and currently we are working in order to determine to cause of the reload.

[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issue in part of our network [Update]

You might have experienced network issues from our WDC-01 network to certain destinations. The issue started Sunday the 15th of February, around 19:00 CET. We found the issue in a broken link. Connectivity should be fully restored.

All customers in WDC-01 might have been affected if traffic flowed through this link to its destination.

Today between 15:20 -15:40 and 17:40 – 17:55 CET you might have experienced packet loss or/and higher latency due to a DDoS attack in part of our network in AMS-12. The DDoS attack has now been mitigated and connectivity is stable the last 20 minutes. We are still monitoring our network to ensure that there won't be any disruptions.
