[WDC-10] [20130917] Network maintenance Virginia datacenter WDC-10

Startdate: September 17th 2013 06:00:00 (EDT)
Enddate: September 17th 2013 08:00:00 (EDT)

Dear Customer,

As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service you receive from LeaseWeb we are undertaking this maintenance.

Due to the outages we have experienced on 7/15/2013 and 7/24/2013 we are planning this maintenance window.
During the previous maintenance window we experienced issues when upgrading the coreswitches, and had to do a rollback to the previous software version.

We escalated these issues to our vendor. After weeks of investigating and testing our setup in their test lab our vendor advised us to have the supervisor engines swapped with new models and to use a different software version.

During the maintenance we will have our vendor and our technicians onsite, to ensure minimal downtime and re-convergence time.

We have scheduled a 2 hour maintenance window, however, the actual downtime will be minimal as we will upgrade the redundant core switches one by one.
