[Leaseweb NL][ESY] black-holing of traffic [Update]

We experienced a blade failure on one router at datacenter ESYNET.
For customers connected on the blade, they might experience blackholing of traffic.
We are working on solving this issue as soon as possible.

The malfunctioning blade will be replaced in the near future and redundancy restored.

Connectivity issues MPLS network [Update]

Dear Customer,

At the moment we experience some troubles in (part of) our MPLS network. The symptom is packet-loss from/to multiple locations.

The cause of this is under investigation, our engineers are looking into this with the highest priority.

We are still working on isolating the issue. Please stand-by for updates on this page.

[20130813] Evoswitch Premium Network issue

Between 11:00 and 11:10 CEST we experienced high latency and/or packet-loss for customers on the premium network in EvoSwitch, Netherlands due to a large DDoS attack on one of our customers.

[20130814] High volume EvoSwitch, Netherlands

This morning at 06:00 we replaced a blade. The NOC post which announced this was lost however. We will look into what caused this to prevent this in the future.

[20130809] AMS-IX connectivity [Update]

We are currently experiencing limited capacity towards AMS-IX. We are rerouting traffic to optimize paths and our engineers are working on restoring capacity. For a short time you might experience degradation via AMS-IX due to this. Further updates will be mentioned on this page.

[UPDATE 18:40] After replacing faulty hardware we have restored all capacity to the Amsterdam Internet Exchange. If you are experiencing any connectivity degradation please contact [email protected]

Issue with LeaseWeb Webhosting service [Update]

We currently experience problems with the LeaseWeb Webhosting platform. Engineers are investigating the issue at this moment.

The problem is affecting websites using the mysql01 server for the database connection.

Technical issues with MySQL database server mysql01 have been resolved, and websites using this database server should be fully operational again.
