Dear Customer,

On Tuesday August 6 at 07.30 CEST we will perform maintenance on our LeaseWeb Cloud platform.
This maintenance will affect our LeaseWeb Cloud product in our data centers in the Netherlands, Germany, and the United States.

This maintenance will not have any impact on your cloud instance(s). However, you will not be able to perform the following tasks using the Self Service Center:
 
Retrieve the status of your cloud instance(s)
Start, stop, and reboot your cloud instance(s)

This maintenance should take approximately 30 minutes and we will notify you through an update on this posting when it is complete. We apologize for the inconvenience.

SSC maintenance

During the announced timeframe the Self Service Centre will not be available.

[Leaseweb NL] Connectivity issues on High Volume network [Update]

A line card in one of our High Volume routers crashed again at around 17:45. Due to this, you might experience packet loss.We are working on solving this issue, and we will keep you updated.

[20130724] Outage WDC1 [Update]

After the maintenance from this morning one of the core switches lost all connectivity.
We are currently still investigating.

[UPDATE 11:23 EDT] As both of the core switches are reloading, our vendor advised us to downgrade the software version. We are currently in the downgrade process.

[UPDATE 11:41 EDT] One of the coreswitches has been reloaded with the other software version. The other coreswitch is still having troubles booting the older software version.

[UPDATE 12:15 EDT] Both core switches are back online on the previous software version and stable. We are still investigating intensively with our vendor. A preliminary RFO will be available from the account managers later today. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused

We are having some issues with network connections between customers rack.
This problem is related to the changes made yesterday with the software upgrade.

[20130724] Network maintenance Virginia datacenter WDC1 [Update]

Dear Customer,

As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service you receive from LeaseWeb we are undertaking this maintenance.

Due to the outage we have experienced on 7/15/2013 we are planning this maintenance window.
During the maintenance window the software of both our core switches in the Virginia location will be upgraded as advised by the vendor.

We have scheduled a 2 hour maintenance window, however, the actual downtime will be minimal as we will upgrade the redundant core switches one by one.

[UPDATE 7:16 EDT] We are experiencing some issues during this maintenance, according to the vendor there should have been a hitless upgrade procedure because of the redundant setup. However this is not the case, we are currently still proceeding with the maintenance and will investigate afterwards.

[UPDATE 08:00 EDT] Upgrade is completed and situation is now stable.
During the maintenance window we experienced 2 brief outages which were not supposed to happen.
We have opened a TAC case our Vendor who are helping us investigate the reason for outages during the upgrade.

SSC reinstall environment maintenance [Update]

Update 2: The USA servers are now also back online, which means the maintenance is finished. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Update: The Dutch and German servers are updated successfully. The USA servers are taking a little more time to complete; everyting is going fine. Once completed, we will update this post again.
