[20130613] EvoSwitch high volume router maintenance [UPDATE]

Dear Sir/Madam,

As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service you receive from LeaseWeb we are undertaking this maintenance.

We are going to upgrade our high volume routers at EvoSwitch dataceter with the new version of Juniper software which is supposed to fix a bug which affected us several times in the past.

The maintenance will take place between 05:30 and 07:00 CEST (UTC+2) on the 13th of June 2013.

Please note there is a similar maintenance announced for 11th June. If the IP addresses of your servers match the following list, you may experience downtime on either 11th or 13th of June.

We will combine this maintenance with the chassis swap thus we expanded the maintenance window to 90 minutes, however the actual downtime of your services shouldn't be more than 45 minutes.

We have some issues with the routing engine, some circuits are having issues, we are busy fixing it.

[Emergency maintenance] SSC/CIS reinstall environment firewall maintenance [update]

Dear Customer,

Today at 15:30 CEST we will perform emergency maintenance on our central server installation platform to fix some issues.

We expect an interruption of several to 30 minutes for server reinstallations launched from the Self Service Centre and CIS.

This maintenance affects Self Service Centre and CIS reinstallations in the Netherlands. Reinstallations for Germany and the United States of America are not affected by this maintenance.

Update: We are sorry for a small delay that may have caused a small hickup after 16:00 CEST. All services are currently back online.

Due to several random linecard failures which we experienced during the last days we will be upgrading the software on one of our high volume routers, which is located in the AMS1 datacenter.

After the software upgrade, we will issue a switchover which will cause packet loss and actual downtime for a short period.

[Leaseweb NL] Connectivity issue due to DDoS
