[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Today, at approximately 1:15pm EST, we were alerted by our monitoring systems about issues in our WDC-01 facility. It appears to be related to a partial power outage.

This power outage might result in unavailability of your services.

Our data center engineers are on-site to investigate the cause of this issue with the highest priority. Please be assured that we will do our utmost best to keep the downtime as short as possible.

We will update you again as soon as we have more information.

We are currently experiencing issues in our HKG-10 data center.
The root cause has been traced to the connection between us and one of our carriers. Our engineers are working on a solution.

For the duration of this issue, you might experience packet loss or higher than normal latency to certain destinations.
Updates will follow when we have more information, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

[Global, AMS-01] Automated installation services, private networking and remote management temporarily unavailable

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

Unfortunately, at the moment our automated installation services worldwide, private networking in AMS-01 and remote management in AMS-01 are temporarily unavailable.

It will not be possible to use the automation services like (re)install, IPMI remote management reset and rescue mode of your dedicated server via the Customer Portal.

Our engineers are still working on resolving this matter as soon as possible.

We will have another update once more information becomes available.

The root cause of the issue has been traced to a physical fault between one of our network backbone connections. The affected capacity has been taken out of production in order to solve the issue.

We will further follow up with our vendor regarding this matter.

[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues in our Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers in WDC-01

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

We are experiencing connectivity issues in some of our Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers in WDC-01 data center. We are currently investigating the root cause and will provide an update once more information is available.

Due to the connectivity issues some of the Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers might be unreachable from the internet. Some of our applications such as the Customer Portal Cloud section, the Cloud API and the Virtual Servers API might show errors when at least one of your servers is affected.

[CDN] CDN Customer Portal Inaccessible

The CDN Customer Portal was inaccessible for a short period time.
This has been resolved.
However we're working on bringing back the purging functionality as this is currently still not working.

[US, NYC-11] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

At around 19:52 UTC we were notified by our monitoring systems about connectivity issues in our NYC-11 location.

Engineers started an investigation right away. The issue appeared to be power related.

At this point most of the services are restored and with the highest priority our engineers are working close together with the facility engineers to get the everything restored asap.

We expect another update within the next 30 minutes.
