shared rack power problem [Update]

At the moment we experience some one of our racks. We have to replace the apc to resolve the issue. The following ranges are affected:

Cogent maintenance [Update]

Reduced capacity to internet exchanges [Update]

One of our transport providers has announced a maintenance. During the maintenance we will have less capacity available directly to the following exchanges BNIX, DE-CIX and NETNOD.



During the maintenance we will reroute traffic to other exchanges and carriers. Customers can experience a higher latency or packet loss during the reroute of traffic.

[20110222] NS7 migration

Thursday 10th of February we will replace our NS7 server with a new machine. Our NS7 server is mainly used as secondary name server (authoritative) for customer who run their own DNS server.



During this maintenance a short downtime is expected.

Telecity2 core router reboot

Dear Customer,

We are going to upgrade the software on our core router at Telecity 2 in Amsterdam. Thanks to redundant routing engines and nonstop routing technology the upgrade should be really smooth, but just in case we will reroute our traffic to the core router at Evoswitch during the maintenance. No impact is expected.

The maintenance will take place between 6:00 and 7:00 CET (UTC+1) on 15th Feb 2011.
