[HKG-10, SIN-11, SG] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Time: March 19, 2017 15:30:00 (CET)
Dear Leaseweb Customer,

Today, between approximately 14:45 and 15:05 CET you might have experienced interruptions or/and traffic drops in our APAC datacenters. Upon troubleshooting we found the cause of the issue to be prefix hijacking by another AS — most likely caused by human error on their side.

All services are now restored and no outstanding issue are present. If you are still experiencing connectivity issues at this time, please contact our Support department.

[CDN] CDN service disruption around Warsaw, Poland

Time: March 14, 2017 15:30:00 (UTC)
Dear LeaseWeb CDN customer,

On 14/3/2017 between 15:30 and 16:30 UTC, our network delivered incomplete content for certain customers. The impact of the issue was limited to small object and web acceleration zones delivered by our Warsaw PoP in Poland. The root cause of the outage was a CDN server whose storage was completely filled thus resulting in inability to cache new content. LeaseWeb's monitoring systems were able to detect the problem in time, but an human error removed the alert causing it to go un-noticed.

We have swiftly taken the affected server out of production. We will also be refreshing our procedures regarding alert removal and making sure the affected server is tuned in order to avoid storage capacity issues in the future.

We would like to offer our sincerest apologies for the outage.
