[US] Phone system issues

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

LeaseWeb USA is currently experiencing performance issues with the external phone system. As a result of that, the connection to LeaseWeb's phone numbers might not be correctly established.

We've opened an alternate line on +1 (480) 212 1710.

For immediate support you can also reach us by creating a ticket via the LeaseWeb Customer portal or by sending an email to [email protected].

Together with our certified vendors we are working to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

[CDN] MAD1 EDGE07003 down [Update]

Due to an unexpected power down on one of our edge servers in Madrid there might have been an increase in traffic to origin servers during a short time.
The service experiences no outage as a result from this redundant server going down.

The server has been powered up, checked and slowly reintroduced into the cluster so that traffic to origin servers will be minimal.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have cause.

Our engineers are still working hard to restore the connectivity of the Cloud Servers platform and the management features for Cloud Servers through the Customer Portal.

We are experiencing connectivity issues in the Cloud Servers platform in AMS-01 data center.

We identified successfully the root cause and are working very hard to provide a solution as soon as possible.

Due to the connectivity issues the Cloud Servers are unreachable from the internet. Some of the features included in the Customer Portal regarding Cloud Servers might be unaccessible. Due to this, you might find some errors while browsing the Customer Portal.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this might cause to you. We will provide you with updates in 30 minutes or when the issue is solved.

[NL, AMS-01] Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers connectivity issues [Update]

We are experiencing connectivity issues in some of our Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers in AMS-01 data center. We are currently investigating the root cause and will provide an update once more information is available.

Due to the connectivity issues some of the Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers will be unreachable from the internet. Some of our applications might show "Error 500" when at least one of your servers is affected.

We experienced a brief network outage in part of our network in AMS-01 between 21:37 and 21:47 CET.

The root cause of the issue was traced to a router crash. All modules on the respective router have recovered and we are carefully monitoring connectivity. If you are experiencing any issues at this time, please contact our Support Department.

[NL, AMS-11] Connectivity issues in part of our network

We experienced high latency and packet loss between 19:55 and 20:10 due to one of the routers in AMS-11 that crashed. We rebooted the router and connectivity is restored.
We are monitoring the behavior closely.
