[US] Possibly degraded performance on US storage platform [Update]

Due to the high load we are experiencing after the unexpected storage event we had to restart some of the VM's running on the platform to bring down the load on the platform. The restarting of the VM's will take some time to complete.

Unfortunately the stabilizing of the platform is taking longer then we expected.

[US] Interruption of a part of our Virtual Server platform

Due to an unexpected event during corrective power maintenance in our WDC-01 data center, you might have experienced an outage and/or interruptions of your Virtual Server.

[NL] Failure on our Linux Shared Webhosting platform

Today at 11:30 CEST we experienced a failure on our Linux Shared Webhosting platform in the Netherlands. LeaseWeb engineers were able to quickly isolate the cause of this issue and the platform is available again since 11:45 CEST.

[DE, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our Network

We are currently experiencing performance issues between our FRA-10 data-center and certain locations due to a fiber-cut from one of our providers in Sweden. This may cause packet-loss and/or higher latency to/from specific networks.

We have contacted our provider and they are sending field-engineers to fix the issue. At the moment our engineers are re-routing our traffic to minimize any problems.

We are experiencing an issue with a line card in our datacenter AMS-01 that can affect the connectivity between NL and US. You might experience high latency and/or packet loss. We are working on fixing the problem and we will update you as the situation evolves.

The linecard has successfully been replaced. At this moment are we re-routing traffic, which could still result in higher latency.

Today between 11:30 and 13:00 CEST, we will perform an emergency linecard replacement on one of our peering routers in our core network. This has to be done to guarantee the stability and reliability of our network.

There will be no direct impact for your services, but you could encounter slightly higher latency than usual, due to impact on our peering network.

We have located the cause of the issue and have implemented a work around.
The connectivity issues where most likely caused by a software bug on one of our core routers. We will investigate the issue further in co-operation with the vendor.
