[DE, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our network

We have experienced connectivity issues on a section of our network due to a large DDoS attack in FRA-10 data center. During this time you might have experienced packet loss or higher latency. The attack has been mitigated and connectivity should now be stable.
