Between 00:02 CET and 00:05 CET you might have experienced a brief period of packet loss or increased latency to certain networks from our AMS-01 and FRA-10 datacenters.
The root cause of the issue has been traced to a physical fault in our backbone network.

We are monitoring the situation and we will further follow up with our vendor regarding this matter.

Between 01:05 – 01:10 AM CET you might have experienced a brief period of packet loss or increased latency to certain networks from our AMS-01 and FRA-10 datacenters.

The root cause was linked to a maintenance on one of our backbone links between AMS and FRA. Traffic was promptly re-routed and no impact is present at this time.

[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network

We have experienced a partial network connectivity issue in one of our routers in AMS-01 data center due to high CPU on our router between 18:10 – 19:15 CET. Connectivity has now been fully restored and CPU is back to normal levels. We are monitoring the situation and investigating the issue further.

Als gevolg van een storing kunt u in Amsterdam-Kadoelen momenteel
geen verbinding maken of problemen ondervinden met de
internetverbinding.
Indien u ook telefonie of TV van ons afneemt, kunnen ook deze
diensten verstoord zijn.

Het betreft hierbij: Internet van XS4ALL.

Technici zijn op de hoogte en werken aan een oplossing om het
probleem zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen. Mogelijk dient u het modem
uit- en aan te zetten om weer verbinding te kunnen maken.

[Global, AMS-01] Automated installation services, private networking and remote management temporarily unavailable

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

Unfortunately, at the moment our automated installation services worldwide, private networking in AMS-01 and remote management in AMS-01 are temporarily unavailable.

It will not be possible to use the automation services like (re)install, IPMI remote management reset and rescue mode of your dedicated server via the Customer Portal.

Our engineers are still working on resolving this matter as soon as possible.

We will have another update once more information becomes available.
