Geen of traag internet? Storing op je TV? Problemen met vast bellen of hulp nodig met je mobiel of tablet? Check eerst hier of er mogelijk een storing is in de buurt. Probeer niet direct apparatuur of bekabeling aan te passen! Als het gaat om een individuele storing op jouw lijn, kan het enkel het probleem verergeren.

Als duidelijk is dat het hoogstwaarschijnlijk enkel op jouw lijn zit, check dan altijd de modem/router en de bekabeling. Het opnieuw opstarten van de modem/router kan opzich geen kwaad en is het eerste wat je kan proberen. Mocht dat alles niet werken? Check dan altijd met de helpdesk van jouw provider of er meer aan de hand is.

Veel inkomend verkeer (opgelost)

Op dit moment ervaart PCextreme explosief veel inkomend verkeer. Dit zou mogelijk een DDOS aanval kunnen zijn.
Hierdoor kunt u hinder ondervinden bij het bereiken van uw website.

Technici zijn de situatie aan het onderzoeken en doen hun uiterste beste om zo snel mogelijk een oplossing te vinden.

17:50 Er is inderdaad sprake van een aanval. Technici nemen nu de benodigde maatregelen om deze af te wenden.

17:50 Het afwenden is succesvol. PCextreme blijft het in de gaten houden en wanneer nodig grijpen technici in.

Inkomende DDoS aanval (opgelost)

Op dit moment ondervind het netwerk van PCextreme een inkomende DDoS aanval.

Hierdoor kunt u problemen hebben bij het maken van IPv6 verbindingen en IPv4 verbindingen kunnen packetloss vertonen.
Technici zijn druk bezig verkeer om te routeren via andere kanalen om de overlast van de DDoS tot een minimum te beperken.

Update 19:47: Wij hebben de dDos weten af te wenden door het target IP te nullrouten. De problemen zouden vanaf nu verholpen moeten zijn.

The webserver with IP address 95.211.13.70 is experiencing a DDOS-attack and might as a result be unavailable.

[UPDATE]
The cause for the issues have been found. It appeared that there was a big DDOS on the network causing these issues. For now the IP address(es) have been null-routed so the issues will be resolved.

[update 21:20] The server has been stabilized and the services are available again. The attack is ongoing, but for now under control.

Grote DDoS aanval op BIT netwerk

Op 4 april omstreeks 00:30 heeft zich een zware DDoS (Denial-of-Service-aanval) voorgedaan op het BIT netwerk.

Dit heeft tot gevolg gehad dat servers in het BIT netwerk op sommige momenten slecht bereikt konden worden.

Op dit moment (00:45) is de oorsprong van deze DDoS aanval bekend en worden er maatregelen getroffen en verbetert de bereikbaarheid van diensten in het netwerk.
