[NL, DE, AMS-01, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

Between 10:30 AM CEST and 10:50 AM CEST you might have experienced packet loss or increased latency between our AMS-01 and FRA-10 datacenters.

This was caused by an issue with one of our backbone circuits. The issue has since been solved and steps are being taken to prevent impact in such cases in the future.

All power has been restored and all services are available again.

At the moment we are experiencing network issues in part of our network in FRA-10.
Your services may have been affected for a short interval.
Connectivity has been restored.
Our engineers are currently working in order to isolate and fix the problem.
The problem maybe related to Electrical outage in part of the Data center.
Until the issue has been fixed, you may experiences higher latency, slower speeds to some destinations.

[UPDATE 14:20]
Connectivity has now been restored and traffic is back to normal levels. The issue was caused due to an unexpected linecard crash on one of our core routers in FRA-10. We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure network stability and reliability. If you still encounter problems, please send an e-mail to [email protected]

At the moment we are experiencing network issues in part of our network in FRA-10. Your services might not be available from some locations. Our engineers are currently working in order to isolate and fix the problem. Updates will follow through this NOC posting.

Today at 16:40 CEST we experienced a router crash in our High Volume network in FRA-10. The router is now up and running. Our engineers are currently working to verify that all connectivity has been restored and traffic levels are back to normal.

[DE, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our Network [Update]

[Final UPDATE 17:25]
Our engineers have investigated the issue further and can confirm everything is stable again.
The outage was caused due to an unexpected routing protocol drop on the router, which caused traffic to be dropped for a short while.
For the next 48 hours will we closely monitor the behaviour of the router to guarantee the stability and reliability of the network.

Currently connectivity has been restored and traffic is back to normal levels. Our engineers are working to identify the root cause of this issue.

[DE, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our Network

Dear Leaseweb Customer,

We are currently experiencing performance issues between our FRA-10 data-center and certain locations due to a fiber-cut from one of our providers in Sweden. This may cause packet-loss and/or higher latency to/from specific networks.

We have contacted our provider and they are sending field-engineers to fix the issue. At the moment our engineers are re-routing our traffic to minimize any problems.
