Between 00:02 CET and 00:05 CET you might have experienced a brief period of packet loss or increased latency to certain networks from our AMS-01 and FRA-10 datacenters.
The root cause of the issue has been traced to a physical fault in our backbone network.

We are monitoring the situation and we will further follow up with our vendor regarding this matter.

The root cause was linked to a restart of one of the linecards in one of our border routers.

Between 01:05 – 01:10 AM CET you might have experienced a brief period of packet loss or increased latency to certain networks from our AMS-01 and FRA-10 datacenters.

The root cause was linked to a maintenance on one of our backbone links between AMS and FRA. Traffic was promptly re-routed and no impact is present at this time.

The cause of the issue was traced to a congested link in our backbone network. We re-routed traffic away from it and are currently investigating what triggered the event.
