We are experiencing connectivity issues in some of our Virtual Servers in SIN-11 data center. The root cause has been identified and we are working on a solution.

Due to the connectivity issues some of the Virtual Servers might be unreachable from the internet. Some of our applications such as the Customer Portal Cloud section, the Cloud API and the Virtual Servers API might show errors when at least one of your servers is affected.

We will update you as soon as we have more information available.

The root cause was linked to a maintenance on one of our backbone links between AMS and FRA. Traffic was promptly re-routed and no impact is present at this time.

We identified the cause of the issue as being the reboot of the distribution router.

[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Between 03:15AM Eastern Time – 04:15AM Eastern Time you might have experienced brief periods of packet loss or increased latency to parts of our WDC-01 datacenter.

The root cause was linked to connectivity issues with one of our transit carriers, thus causing impact for traffic passing through this carrier.
Our engineers have re-routed traffic in order to help mitigate this problem.

Currently we observe no further impact and we will continue to actively monitor the situation.
