This morning we performed maintenance on our automated installation service mentioned in http://leasewebnoc.com/en/maintenance/scheduled-maintenance-monthly-windows-updates-of-leaseweb-services-17

Unfortunately during the maintenance, issues occurred and the automated installation option in your Customer Portal?is currently unavailable.

Our engineers are working on fixing the problem as soon as possible.

There is no impact on the server park itself. Your service is online and reachable.

We experience a blacklisting of our outgoing e-mail server smtp.leaseweb.com. This can result in e-mail being sent later or bounced.

Our engineers are working to fix this issue.

The cause of the issue has been traced to a software error on one of our high-volume routers. The issue has since been cleared and full connectivity is now restored.

[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

Since 14:30H EDT you might have experienced packet loss or higher latency in our WDC-01 data center.

The root cause has been traced to a technical failure in our backbone network. Our engineers are currently investigating this matter and traffic has immediately been re-routed until the issue is solved.

For the duration of this failure, you might experience higher than normal latency to certain destinations.

Updates will follow when we have more information, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

[NL, AMS-01] No vCenter access on Enterprise-NL Private Cloud

Dear LeaseWeb Customer, Today at 14:10 CEST we experienced a connectivity issue to our vCenter systems in the Enterprise-NL Private Cloud platform in the Netherlands. Currently you will not be able to manage your infrastructure, however all running VM's will stay online during this time. We are working on fixing this issue as soon as possible. An update on this NOC will follow.

[US, DAL-10] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

You may have experienced connectivity issues in our DAL-10 datacenter between 23:40 PM UTC and 23:55 PM UTC.

The root cause of the issue was traced to a line-card module crash on one of our distribution routers. Network traffic shifted to the redundant distribution router in our setup.
Our engineers will take further steps to replace the defective line-card.
