[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

One of our distribution routers crashed due to a line card and control card communication error, a manual restart was required to bring the device back up. Connectivity has now been restored and traffic is back to normal levels. We are monitoring the situation and investigating the issue further.

[NL] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

At the moment we are experiencing connectivity issues in our NL datacenters.

Our engineers are currently working on this matter. Updates will follow through this NOC posting.

[UPDATE 10:05 CEST]

This morning we performed a planned maintenance on our core network in NL.
The changes which were applied at 06:40 CEST impacted connectivity between different parts of our network.

The changes were reverted at 09:12 CEST and connectivity was restored for most parts of the network. One last change was reverted at 09:38 CEST and now connectivity is fully restored.

At the moment we are experiencing connectivity issues in part of our network in AMS-01. Our engineers are currently working on the issue. Updates will follow through this NOC posting.

We experienced a brief network outage in part of our network in AMS-01 between 10:20 and 10:50 CEST. The root cause of the issue was traced to a router crash. All modules on the respective router have recovered and we are carefully monitoring connectivity. If you are experiencing any issues at this time, please contact our Support Department.

[NL] Network Issues on part of our virtual server platform [Update]

Due to unexpected issues in a part our network, you might experience performance degradation or connectivity loss of your virtual servers. Our engineers are investigating the cause of this issue.

[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

Since 18:50H CEST (UTC +2) you might have experienced packet loss or higher latency in our WDC-01 data center.

We have experienced a technical failure in our backbone network, our engineers are currently investigating this matter and traffic has immediately been re-routed until the issue is solved.

For the duration of this failure, you might experience higher than normal latency to certain destinations.

Updates will follow when we have more information, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
