[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network

[Global] Caching nameserver nscache4.leaseweb.net outage

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

We are currently experiencing a failure on one of our Caching Name servers:

nscache4.leaseweb.net 85.17.96.69 / 2001:1af8:2100:1::10.

Our engineers are investigating the cause of this issue.

As result of this failure, this server will not respond to DNS name resolutions but you can use one of our other Caching Name servers listed here: https://kb.leaseweb.com/display/KB/Cheat+Sheet

Please be assured that we will do our utmost to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

[HKG-10, SG] Connectivity issues between HKG and Europe

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

We are experiencing high latency and packet loss in our network in HKG-10 to/from European locations due to one of our carriers having loss to Europe. For the LeaseWeb locations in Europe we moved traffic away from this carrier, so connectivity should be fully restored, but for other networks you might still experience loss.

[NL] Connectivity issues to PLIX (Polish Internet Exchange)

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

Due to hardware failure, our connectivity to PLIX (Polish Internet Exchange) is down. Until the new device arrives on location and is installed, you might experience higher latency or lower speeds to some destinations in Poland as routing paths changed.

We expect connectivity to be restored by next week.

[US, WDC-01, CDN] LeaseWeb Connectivity issues in WDC aera [Update]

Dear Leaseweb Customer,

Since 09:05 CET one of our tier 1 ISP's is having connectivity issues. We have shut down our BGP sessions with that carrier, while we wait on their NOC to inform us on the estimated time to repair. Leaseweb customers might have experienced connectivity issues for brief intervals for up to 5 minutes during route reconvergence after we shut down the BGP sessions

[NL, DE] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

We experienced connectivity issues in part of our network.
Between The Netherlands and Germany, one of our links on the backbone network was black-holing traffic.

Impact

This happened from 11:00 to 11:40 CET and you may have experienced issues.

The issue has been resolved, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
