[NL] Cloudstack Private Cloud and vCloud private cloud

This results in the unavailability of the management UI for cloudstack private cloud and vCloud private cloud.

[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Today between 20:45 and 21:30 CEST we have experienced connectivity issues in part of our network in AMS-01 data center due to a DDoS attack. You might have noticed packet loss or increased latency during that time. The attack has been mitigated and connectivity should now be stable. We experienced connectivity issues in part of our network in AMS between 19:29 and 19:36 due to a card reload on one of our core routers, due to parity errors. The traffic status is up and stable for more than 1 hour now.

All power has been restored and all services are available again.

At the moment we are experiencing network issues in part of our network in FRA-10.
Your services may have been affected for a short interval.
Connectivity has been restored.
Our engineers are currently working in order to isolate and fix the problem.
The problem maybe related to Electrical outage in part of the Data center.
Until the issue has been fixed, you may experiences higher latency, slower speeds to some destinations.

Today, at 14:45, we encountered a power outage in a part of our AMS-11 data center. This power outage might result in unavailability of your services in the above time-frame.

Our data center engineers are on-site to investigate the cause of this issue. Please be assured that we will do our utmost best to keep the downtime as short as possible.

At the moment we are experiencing connectivity issues in part of our network in AMS-11 due to a hardware issue on one of our MPLS routers in Ring 1. Our engineers are currently working on the problem. Updates will follow through this NOC posting.
