[DE, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

[UPDATE 14:20]
Connectivity has now been restored and traffic is back to normal levels. The issue was caused due to an unexpected linecard crash on one of our core routers in FRA-10. We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure network stability and reliability. If you still encounter problems, please send an e-mail to [email protected]

At the moment we are experiencing network issues in part of our network in FRA-10. Your services might not be available from some locations. Our engineers are currently working in order to isolate and fix the problem. Updates will follow through this NOC posting.

[NL] CloudStack Private Cloud network/VPN issues related to planned maintenance [Update]

Dear LeaseWeb customer, our engineers are still working on finishing the maintenance, but the issues with regard to the firewall and or egress rules that were missing a few or it's port settings are fixed.

Dear LeaseWeb customer, our engineers are still working on finishing the maintenance.

If after the restart with clean up of your network you still have issues please check your firewall rules and or egress rules as we noticed that some rules are missing some of it's port settings after the upgrade.

We are checking to see if we can recover the original settings.

[NL, AMS-12] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

The issue was caused by a misconfiguration on one of our routers in AMS-12 which caused certain traffic to be dropped. Steps have been taken to fix the error and changes set in place to prevent future related issues. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
