[NL, US] Network connectivity issues [Update]

Dear Customer,

We detected issues with one of our carriers in both NL and US.
We are investigating further and checking how we can route around the issues.
Updates will follow as situation evolves.

Customers can experience packet loss when accessing their Leaseweb services.
A large Tier 1 carrier is having issues inside their network.

[Update 11:25]
Traffic was rerouted accordingly.

[Update 12:30]
The issue has been fixed on our carrier's side and connectivity should have been restored now. If you still experience issues from a specific location, please open a ticket and let us know.

We encountered a network issue in part of our network in Frankfurt (FRA-10) due to a broken link. You might have experienced connectivity issues and/or packet loss from 12:00 to 13:45 on the 9th of June.

[NL] Performance issues Web Hosting platforms [Update]

[UPDATE 10:55 CEST] The cause of the issue was found and the platform has been restored to normal operations around 10:45 CEST. We will closely monitor our systems the upcoming hours to ensure the availability of your service.

We are currently experiencing performance issues on our Windows and Linux Web Hosting platforms in the Netherlands. Our engineers are investigating the cause of this issue.

As result of this issue, your website(s) might be slow or unresponsive. Please be assured that we will do our utmost to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
