[NL, AMS-01] Connectivity issue in part of our network

Today, between approximately 15:15 and 15:30 CEST, you might have experienced connectivity issues in part of our network due to a core router crash. The router rebooted and connectivity should be back to normal. We will monitor performance in the coming hours.

[DE, FRA-10] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

Dear Leaseweb Customer,

Today, between 12:05 -12:25 CEST, you might have experienced packet loss or/and higher latency due to a DDoS attack in part of our network in FRA-10. The DDoS attack has been mitigated and connectivity is stable for the last 10 minutes. We are still monitoring our network to ensure that there won't be any disruptions. The following network prefixes might have been affected:

Between 13:15 – 13:30 CEST, there was a second DDoS attack in the same part of our network in FRA-10, targeting different hosts than before. The incoming attack is now being filtered and traffic level/connectivity is back to normal.

The secondary router in one of our redundant setup has become unreachable. On site engineers are investigating.
Customers that did not have their primary uplink connected and have access only via their secondary uplink will have their services unavailable.

[Global, NL] Connectivity issues in part of our network

Today between approximately 12:20 and 12:40 CEST you might have experienced interruptions or/and latency or/and packet loss due to a network failure on Internet exchange AMS-IX side. The root cause of the issue hasn't been confirmed yet. Currently connectivity has been restored and traffic is back in normal levels.

[NL, AMS-11] Connectivity issues in part of our network [Update]

[Update 11:00]:
We have rebooted the box, and all connectivity is now fully restored. During the next hours will we closely monitor the behaviour of the box to guarantee network stability.

Connectivity should have been restored for most affected prefixes. We have isolated the issue and have taken the box out of production. Currently are we further investigating the cause of the issue and we will update this page once more information becomes available.

[US, WDC-01] [US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues [Update]

Due to an issue in our WDC-01 datacenter, we are currently experiencing connectivity issues in some of our racks.

Our engineers are currently investigating the issue and we are doing our utmost to resolve this as soon as possible. More information about the impact and cause will be provided shortly.

It appears that adverse weather conditions caused a partial power outage in our WDC-01 datacenter. Connectivity issues with all of the affected racks have now been restored.
