[Global] [SIN] Connectivity issues in part of our Network [Update]

[UPDATE 10:10]
Currently connectivity has been restored and traffic is back to normal levels. The issue was caused due to high CPU load on one of our routers. Our engineers are working to identify the root cause of this issue.

[UPDATE 11:30]
The issue was caused by a software bug on one of our core switches. We solved the issue by implementing a work-around. We will schedule a maintenance window to upgrade the software on the core switches as advised by the vendor.

We are currently experiencing a network issue in our SIN-11 Datacenter in Singapore, and we are actively investigating to get to the bottom of it.

[Global] Not possible to manage your Bare Metal Servers from LeaseWeb Customer Portal [Update]

Due to a bug, it is currently not possible to manage your Bare Metal Servers from our LeaseWeb Customer Portal.

We are investigating the cause of this issue, we will update you again as soon as we have more information.

[UPDATE 11:00 CEST] Our engineers found the cause of the issue and a solution is expected around 12:00 CEST today. We will update you again as soon as the issue is resolved.
