At the moment we experience some troubles in (part of) Webhosting service. Due to a dDOS attack, websites hosted on the affected ranges are currently unavailable.

We are doing our utmost to solve this issue a.s.a.p.

As soon as we have more information available, we will publish it here. Please be patient while we are working on this problem.

After long term packet filtering, the connectivity has been restored and we are monitoring the situation.

The reason for outage was bgp sessions dropping caused by overload of the router most probably by an attack.

Currently busy with re-enabling interfaces. BGP sessions are back up.

UPDATE @ 11:01
Currently all interfaces are enabled, so everything is back online.

The reason is under investigation and will be posted once available. For now, the issue is solved and everything is back online. If you still have issues, please contact support through email on [email protected]

Large routing updates caused by maintenance together with an incoming attack caused the router to drop BGP sessions. Issue is solved now.

We have found the issue to be related to one of the linecards, which is being replaced at the moment

We have replaced the faulty blade however another blade needs to be replaced as well, we will post an update as soon as the blade has been replaced
