[NL] Intermitted IO issues on our Cloudstack and VMware vCloud private cloud platforms

We have experienced an increase in IO latency on our Cloudstack private cloud and our VMware vCloud platform.

This issue has since been mitigated. The issue started around 14:35 CET and was mitigated around 15:08 CET.

If you still are having problems please submit a ticket via our customer portal. Restarting your VM can be a first troubleshooting step.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you, and we appreciate your
understanding as we continue to improve our customer experience.

[US, WDC-01] Connectivity issues in our Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers in WDC-01

Dear LeaseWeb customer,

We are experiencing connectivity issues in some of our Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers in WDC-01 data center. We are currently investigating the root cause and will provide an update once more information is available.

Due to the connectivity issues some of the Virtual Servers and Cloud Servers might be unreachable from the internet. Some of our applications such as the Customer Portal Cloud section, the Cloud API and the Virtual Servers API might show errors when at least one of your servers is affected.

[NL, AMS-01] No vCenter access on Enterprise-NL Private Cloud

Dear LeaseWeb Customer, Today at 14:10 CEST we experienced a connectivity issue to our vCenter systems in the Enterprise-NL Private Cloud platform in the Netherlands. Currently you will not be able to manage your infrastructure, however all running VM's will stay online during this time. We are working on fixing this issue as soon as possible. An update on this NOC will follow.

[NL] Read only virtual servers in the CloudStack Private Cloud platform [Update]

Please note that this issue only affects CloudStack Private Cloud.

We are still working on this issue. We could reconnect most of our hypervisors to the storage network. We are still working on reconnecting the remaining. Therefore, most of the virtual machines are not in read only mode any more.

We will update this post as soon as we have more information.

Dear LeaseWeb Customer,

Today at 14:40 AM CEST we experienced a connectivity issue to our storage systems in the Private Cloud platform in the Netherlands. This caused some of our hypervisors to temporarily disconnect from the storage systems. As a result, some of the virtual servers in the platform can be in read only state.

We are working on fixing this issue as soon as possible.

An update on this NOC will follow.

Spoedonderhoud: herstart switch

In verband met geconstateerde packetloss op één van onze cloudswitches in PDC2 voert Previder van vrijdag 9 juni 23:00 uur tot zaterdag 10 juni 01:00 uur spoedwerkzaamheden uit. Hierbij wordt de betreffende switch herstart.
De switch is onderdeel van een redundante partnerswitch. Deze partnerswitch wordt uit voorzorg ook herstart, nadat de herstart van de eerste switch is afgerond.
Tijdens de herstarts zijn de diensten Previder Cloud, Managed Firewall, STaaS, Redundant VLAN PDC1-PDC2, e-mail, webhosting en Load Balancing tijdelijk niet redundant.

Reguliere Vmware updates

Op woensdag 17 mei 2017 tussen 08:00 uur en 17:00 uur worden de reguliere VMware updates geïnstalleerd op de hosts van zowel de Previder Cloud als het IAAS Platform. Daarnaast worden ook nieuwe Netapp tools geïnstalleerd. Virtuele machines worden live gemigreerd. Er word geen impact verwacht.
