Netwerk problemen (opgelost)

Op dit moment ervaart InterNLnet nog steeds hinderlijke gevolgen van de DDOS aanval op haar netwerk. In samenwerking met experts en andere providers is men op zoek naar tegenmaatregelen om dit probleem zo snel als mogelijk op te lossen.

Helaas is het nog steeds mogelijk dat u met uw internet, e-mail, website, Optibel last ondervind van deze situatie.

DDoS shared hosting (opgelost)

Update:
Mocht u eigen nameservers gebruiken, dan dient u (helaas) een nieuw IP adres te configureren omdat het het huidige IP adres waar uw website op staat gehost nog steeds wordt aangevallen.

Het nieuwe IP adres is bij de support afdeling op te vragen. Om dit in de toekomst te voorkomen vragen wij u onze nameservers te gebruiken.

More than 99% of the websites should be reachable. In the meantime we keep a close eye on the systems should the attack repeat itself.

We are still under attack. We have taken some measures to isolate the attack. Most of the websites are online, we do everything we can to bring the other websites online.

Omschrijving: Diverse klanten die aangesloten zijn aan Surfnet geven aan dat het internet bijzonder traag is geworden of dat deze helemaal niet werkt.
Het blijkt te gaan om een DDoS-aanval.
Impact op: Alle internetverbindingen van onderwijs instellingen die aangesloten zijn op Surfnet.
Actie: Er wordt een DDoS filter geplaatst om de junk traffic te mitigeren

DDoS aanval Carmel platform (opgelost)

Storing begin: 08:20
Storing eind: 09:00

Omschrijving: Diverse klanten die aangesloten zijn via het Carmel-platform geven aan dat het internet bijzonder traag is geworden of dat deze helemaal niet werkt.
Het blijkt te gaan om een DDoS-aanval.
Impact op: Alle internetverbindingen van onderwijs instellingen die aangesloten zijn op het Carmel platform.
Actie: Surfnet heeft een DDoS-filter geplaatst om de overlast te beperken. Dit heeft direct geholpen.
Update: Begin- en eindtijdstippen van de storing zijn bekend eveneens als de oorzaak. Actueel melding wordt dan ook direct gesloten en niet voorzien van nadere updates.
